Dr. Larissa Lee - Associate VeterinarianWe are thrilled to introduce Dr. Larissa Lee, our newest Associate Veterinarian who plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our furry patients. With a passion for veterinary medicine, Dr. Lee contributes a unique blend of skills and empathy to our team.

Originally from Southern California, Dr. Lee's veterinarian aspirations took her to Indiana where she began her veterinary journey with a foundation of education and training. She holds a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine both from Purdue University.  Her commitment to continuous learning is exemplified by her completion of a year-long internship at Sound Equine Veterinary Hospital in Poulsbo, WA, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience.

Dr. Lee's professional aspirations encompass several meaningful goals. She has a special interest in surgery, and looks forward to deepening her knowledge of preventative medicine for cats and dogs in order to enhance her skill set and ability to contribute to our patients' well-being. Additionally, Dr. Lee's commitment to giving back is evident in her dedication to volunteering at spay/neuter clinics, animal rescues, and her eventual aspiration to work with horse sanctuaries.

Beyond her work in the clinic, Dr. Lee finds joy in a variety of hobbies and interests. Whether she's embarking on a run, expressing her creativity through painting, attending concerts, or immersing herself in a captivating book, Dr. Lee's diverse interests reflect her vibrant and multifaceted nature. At home, Dr. Lee shares life with her adorable dog named Raleigh, a charismatic Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix. Their bond began when Raleigh was 3 months old and reflects Dr. Lee's deep love for animals and her dedication to their well-being.

We are fortunate to have Dr. Larissa Lee as a part of our team at Renton Highlands Pet Clinic. Her knowledge, compassion, and commitment to both the well-being of our patients and the advancement of veterinary medicine are truly commendable.
